Susan Warner-Mills has lived in Lewisburg since 1975. She received her BA from Bucknell University in 1979 and received her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University in 1991. She is fluent in French, having studied in Avignon France in 1977 and worked for UNESCO’s Inspectorate General’s office in Paris in 1989-1990.
During the thirty years she has lived in Lewisburg, Susan has involved herself extensively in the Lewisburg community, serving as president of the League of Women Voters of the Lewisburg Area and on the board of both the Lewisburg and Pennsylvania State Leagues, the Merrill Lynn Conservancy, Slifer House Museum, the Mid-State Resource Conservation and Development Council, and Union-Snyder Habitat for Humanity. She currently serves on the board of the Lewisburg Downtown Partnership (chairing the Business Support and Development and Strategic Planning Committees), the Lewisburg Neighborhoods Corporation (chairing the Master Planning Committee) and the Lewisburg Planning Commission.

Sales Associate Susan Warner Mills is inducted as a director at the Central Susquehanan Valley Board of REALTORS®.
In 2003, Susan began her real estate career as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Penn One Real Estate in Lewisburg, bringing in over $3 million in sales her first year and $4.8million in 2009. She serves on the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors and holds one of the region’s few “Green” designations from the National Association of Realtors.
Susan has one son, Robert, who is a doctoral candidate in harpsichord performance at SUNY Stony Brook.
